By accessing and using Elaric AI, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Elaric AI provides an AI-powered coding assistant that generates React Native mobile application code through a Visual Studio Code extension.

3. Account Registration

To use Elaric AI, you must:

  • Create an account with accurate information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
  • Comply with all applicable laws

4. Subscription and Billing

Our service operates on a credit-based system:

  • 1 credit = 100,000 AI tokens
  • Monthly subscription plans range from Free to $250/month
  • Payments are processed through Stripe
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
  • Refunds are provided at our discretion

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the service for illegal activities
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the service
  • Share your account credentials
  • Abuse or overload our systems
  • Generate malicious or harmful code

6. Intellectual Property

The code generated by Elaric AI belongs to you. However, the Elaric AI service, extension, and underlying technology remain our intellectual property.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend accounts for violations of these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

Elaric AI is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to code errors, data loss, or business interruption.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
